Default Swift Clutch help

Guys,

I have a Swift 2 fitted with the .26 Hotbodies engine (same one thats in the savage), I need a new clutch bell 23T and exhaust header and not sure if the normal swift parts will fit (or do I need savage parts???!!!)

Also the other problem with the car is the engine will continue to move slowly at the lowest idle speed how do I cure this??

Cheers

Gary

the swift uses a 13 or 14 tooth clutch bell, most of the makes will fit except the new 808 and losi8 ones.

if the car is trying to move at low tickover then you have a clutch problem..worn/broken spring, clutch shoes or bearings..could even be that you do not have any endfloat on the clutchbell so its getting driven by the crank rather than the shoes..you should be able to slide the clutchbell about .75mm backwards/forwards.
