Default help re-scaleing a picture

hi guys

can anyone help me re scale this photo to make the chassis 1/8 scale ?

i want to mess about making this chassis but the hard part for me is the scale drawing

i will print it out in work on A3 then make my tubs fit the plan

any help is a great help

is there a dimension you are aiming to get, say from front bar to the rear bar, would be ?

made bigger and saved as a pdf @ A3 may be of some use, bit blocky

Ive always used a free programme called irfanview for avatars and altering pics when they are too large to upload
do a search for it ,it may help
