FF Motor Cars

Does any one race these against standard 4WD cars or are they just for drifting

I remember mr channon running his yokomo yrf2 against 4wd cars back in the early 1/10tc days... Put a few people to shame! Was a right handful though!

I used to race a FWD tamiya Golf VR6 against 4WD on carpet at Trowse in Norwich-it was a great car! Especially on a tight track-you could hit the apex, let off the throttle and it would turn on a sixpence. the only problem was trying to accelerate out of the apex!
