I have an XB4 14 running with a 7.5t motor using a 20T pinion.

Seems to have faster acceleration than other cars in my club together with the same top end speed, however, it all depends on the size and tightness of the track you race on.

The manual lists pinions from 18t, 19t, 20t, 21t, 22t & 23t.

23t will give you the highest top end speed while the 18t will give you the fastest acceleration, might be a good idea to get a couple of pinions and see what works best.

Thanks
Paul
