Which tyre additive
I'm just wishing to clarify which additives work best on different tyre and track conditions, I have been using SXT 3.0 all of the time on the Contact GT12 tyres but I am aware that there are better options like Spider Green or Blue that appear to be favoured too, amongst others of course!
Any advice guys, especially for the various compound and hardness's of the JFT GT12 tyres and especially now we are using the softer grades which I have not tried yet? |

Spider is not better than sxt, though spider blue should be used when grip is low and green when grip is high, sxt covers both circumstances.

Thanks Mark, that has laid to rest my uncertainty and I must admit that I have always had sufficient grip with SXT 3.0, I just wish the bottle was a bit more stable, spilling rather than using is such a waste!!!

As an example today I used spider blue, my team mate used sxt he was quicker till round 3 I was in 4 and finals, which seem about normall when we both run the same.
As for spilling try these http://www.racing-cars.com/pp/Manufa..._RC/CR489.html
