Default bodywork hole

Hello to all,

I'm going to buy a new Tamiya original body for my TRF502X, but I would not make the hole for the antenna, I can place on the bottom plate of the frame or are causing the reception? Can I do have some pictures of how you did.

Thanks again

Matteo.

With original body and original mount, the aerial protrudes from the body. Since this image was taken I have significantly reduced the size of the aerial on my 502X. The aerial extends about an 1.5 inches with the excess wire curled and bound in the car. I use a Sanwa M11X with standard receiver and reception is great. I recently ran it around a full sized bicycle velladrome and I was standing on the side about a 3rd way along a straight. No loss of control. Car sounded awesome with 6.5T at full tilt!
