12th mardave recommendations

Hi all,
I am thinking of getting back into racing after a ten year break from racing 1/8th rally x looking at getting a 12th mardave, on their website they list so many different types of v12 and a v13 which would you recommend? Also which brushless motor and esc would you recommend?*

Any pointers and help is appreciated
