Default SCREWZ4RC FITTED !!

So yesterday I had Bry from SCREWZ4RC come round and we removed every screw and nut and replaced with new stainless screws.

I must say this. What service !! to come to me and go through the RPM buggy one screw at a time to replace every screw......

The quality of the screws are fantastic. All fitted exactly as the ones removed.

I did make him wear gloves to hold the RPM.......

It has made a massive difference to the RPM.

Excellent quality and service by SCREWZ4RC and I will and have got more for my other projects/builds.

Pictures of the RPM coming now !!

Default Final Pictures of the Buggy.

So these are the final pictures of the RPM ULTRA MOLD buggy.

Fully stripped, cleaned, screws replaced with stainless from SCREWZ4RC, new original Natural wheels, New original green 2 row stud, green mini spike rear, shocks stripped and rebuilt, motor plate filed by hand and polished and the nerve BUM TWITCHING RPM Gearbox......

The only thing left now is the RPM White gear cover to collect and the BEST PART !!

The body to collect and paint. I will be going to Penguin Custom Body Shells to collect the PRO-SE Losi body and then the fun can start..........

Once I have painted and stickered the body and wing I will post pictures of them fitted.......

Thank you Marko.

This one I will keep... The others I have completed can be repeated.

This one, I have never seen another like this. Either dyed or parts missing. Or not complete RPM. This is complete RPM and white.

This one wont be going anywhere like the others have......

Yes,

I have a separate cover for them. I also have a high limit too.

When I insured mine, I had them come round to see what I was talking about and list the buggies.

I also included my radio as well. I also phone them to update.....

Default Body for the RPM ULTRA MOLD

Just an update.

I will be collecting the body tomorrow from Penguin Custom Body Shells.

I will be going for the RPM stated body shell the Losi PRO-SE.

I have decided to paint the body in Cliff Lett colours. This will be Metallic Blue, Chrome/Silver strips and Orange. It will have the block stripe orange down the bonnet edged in chrome/silver with the famous MOo also on the bonnet, sides, roof and widows.

I have original stickers to fit as well. Once finished I will post pictures.

I have also sent RPM some pictures of the RPM ULTRA MOLD and they are very impressed with it and have requested finished body on pictures.

No pressure for the body to be perfect as Cliff Lett is a good friend of theres......

I will post pictures tomorrow of what I collect........

Cheers Retro,

Mmm Only speculation and guessing, if RPM was to re-re this which I very much doubt, I think it would be black.

The reason I say this, the RC10 TEAM wishbones they have rereleased are black. But then again the re-re RC10 Worlds gear cover is white. All be it a totally different white and shape so who knows.

All I know is, this is all original with all the RPM paperwork to go with it !! ......

Default PRO-SE Body !!

So been over to Mr Penguin Custom Body Shells and picked up the Losi PRO-SE body.

Again excellent quality and includes a V-Wing. I will not use the Losi V-wing, I will use the Associated RC10 wing.

I also picked up an original RPM gear cover today for the RPM. Thank you to JayST. I will post pictures of this tomorrow.....

I will be masking up the body tonight and weather permitting will paint the body tomorrow. Once painted I will post pictures also.......

Default Wing and Gear cover Fitted !!

So a little up-date,

Wing installed and stickered up, new Associated tear drop wing buttons installed with new wire. Original RPM gear cover fitted.

Rain has stopped play with the body shell, as I paint all my shells in the garage.

So will wait for the weather to pick up a little or at least dry up. Maybe a long wait......
