Default Advice on tyre inserts

Been wanting to have a go at buggy racing for a long time (always done TC)
Never run a buggy before so a bit green . I have a Schumacher cat SX, running Novak GTB Speedo for now, just got a 13.5 BL Ballistic Novak and Schumacher full spike soft tyres so I can run at your club, but what inserts would you run in them ?
Cheers
Ben

Choice is yours really Ben. Some run Schuey med inserts, some (such as myself) don't run any inserts. Really down to personal choice.

Perhaps best to ask other Faversham CAT SX users such as Brett (B&H Racing), Mark Headling and Stu Rand (DiscoStu) all regular Oople contributors.

I run Sch Green medium inserts, I know a few lads use the purple Edit inserts, up to you really! most of the time you dont need to glue the tyres to the rims so you can take the inserts out and see what you find best!

I use Mr O Foams, but have also run without foams.

I found when using the proper schuey wheels no glueing is necessary but when using the Spoked wheels Rulux I think they are called I had to glue the rear as they kept on coming off.

There is enough of us running the Cat SX, if you want to copy any set ups.
