I just don't get how people are 'shocked' when people like Winehouse drink and drugs to the max, and then pop their clogs!! More shocking if they are clean living.

News of Whitney Houston's death travelled with such speed. When I heard I couldn't help but crack up with emotion. She was a real heroin. It's such a blow. She really made a hash of things though. Her life just went to pot. Someone should have kept tabs on her.

Whitney's family are said to be very dissapointed that she died of a drug overdose in the bath.She was trying to stay clean.

I've just been to a funeral service at the crematorium and they played "I will always love you" at the end when the curtains closed. No jokes, it was extremely moving and a perfect choice of music for the situation. Say what you want about how she lived her life, when she was on song (no pun intended) she was a bloody good singer.

Sorry guys but what the hell is wrong with some of you
 Very childish and pretty harsh comments to be fair - I don't think any of you would be laughing if a family member or close friend of yours died due to a drug addiction, alcohol addiction or addiction to driving fast etc - They're all the same, I'm sure she meant just as much to her Daughter as you mean to your kids. Sad end to what became a sad troubled star thanks to a certain Bobby Brown in my opinion...
