good brand of paint
Just ordered a new shell for my 1/5th car. been a wehilse sinse i last painted one (like 8 years ago)
whats a good brand of liquid mask? also a good brand of paint? anything good to fuel proof the paint from spillage? i have had problems with the current shell where fuel has hit the white undercoat and turned it the color of the oil (in this case an orange, damn 2 stoke oil can no one make an un dyed one? lol) CHeers

http://www.rcsgraphicworx.co.uk/mainpage.htm Best thing on the paint to stop fuel from eating it is either Nitro Blocker, or get some automotive lacquer, either way, you will need to leave the paint a couple of days to cure.

Yep, give me a shout if you need any help Aaron. As for protecting paint, I use and would recommend Plastikote super clear. Use in light layers so the solvents dont attack the paint and you will be fine. |
