Nothing dug up, but I believe the track is now much better. Have still to drive it so it is still a belief at the moment. 170M long now, with less hairpin bends.

Looking forward to giving the new layout a go. Less hairpins sounds good especially with a 19 turn, now where did I put that 30 tooth pinion

Hi John.
It's a control tyre event - Balistic spikes for the competition - green is best on the rear with blue or green on the front. The idea of this trye was a driver could do the whole series on one set if he wished. Hope to see you Sunday.
Regards

If it's not too cold, i may have a run out this sunday!! Not sure where i put the ballistic tyres, or the old 19 turn motor. Must have a look for them before the weekend.

Yeah I think we could get the biggest turn-out of drivers yet. I have it on good account that the points leader is definately worried.

I for one was very happy with the track changes. A lot less marshalling was required and I thought less car breakages too. The track flowed far better.
Otherwise a great days racing, but I would still like to race against only people using the same equipment as me. The series was advertised as a 19turn 2wd series. anything else like 4wd's or mod/brushless motors should be separated to run together. I would like to know where I stand against others running the same stuff as me!
I really dont care who wins but why have a less powerful class and run it alongside fast stuff. I do appreciate that the best driver will win no matter what motor he may be running but it does brass me off to be continually passed by a 4wd mod then have to avoid his next accident!!!! Moan over - I did enjoy myself today
Regards

Great photos. Really good to be able to look back over the meeting and save good shots of your car.
