Can I add that I understand that the younger racer's are under 13 but it would be a good idea if the parents of the children that are racing helped with the marshaling. Teeside we had grown men shouting at a small kid that has not been racing long and was still learning. I know it gets very heated when driving but we all seem to forget the Marshall was not the one who drove into the rope/tyre yet they seem to be the ones who are at fault.

On another note, when watching F1 most weekends during the season, taps, touches and close racing happens all the time. You don't see Webber, Massa, Grojean all pull over and let the person behind pass on race day when they've had there front wing ripped off or been tapped from the side.....

Something that has also been mentioned above, marshalling, is an issue, with certain individuals not marshalling as they would expect to be.

PS. its only RC car racing, if it gets to the point when your hurling abuse, you need to have a word with yourself...
I'll still wait for you if I take you out paul. Its cool, I'll catch you anyway if you don't

I can not see why not- I would expect a few non- regional drivers for both days!

Just like to say a big thanks to the organisers for the RHR regional, and Derek for running race control. Great to win a bottle for TQ.
Thanks to Greg for playing fair both in qualifying, and the final, much appreciated, and well driven for the the win.
Here is a video of the A final, mostly following my car (cheers Mike).

It's been a great regional series. Great weather, and great racing at every meeting (appreciating the clean fast racing from everyone I was racing with this year) . I can't believe where I ended up, not even sure my pace deserved it, but I'll take it.

Well done to Craig for the titles!
