you normally just put the collet on first, then flywheel, then clutchnut.
if the fluwheel rubs on the engine casing then add a thin shim before the collet. if the clutchnut wont tighten down(you run out of thread),then again add a washer, where you add the washer will alter how far away the clutchbell is from the flywheel or the engine. |

depends what surface type and wether the track is loose etc..
if you are ona grippy grass track, try some 1.1 springs,if on dirt try a softer spring .9 or 1.0,these will bring the clutch in earlier and kill some of the wheelspin. clutch shoes are user preference, alloy is supposed to bite harder and be used mainly on high grip tracks, graphite shoes give a little more slip and are better on lower grip/bumpy tracks...im running with the shoes i got with my xtm, they have done about 2 gallon and are still like new(plain graphite plastic) and 1.1 springs..and my buggy was trying to wheelie on sunday,it was far too savage on bottom end. |

I managed to just change just the springs, 1.0mm, and kept my 1 meet old plastic ones in.
