Question Shorty Lipo in a 22 2.0 ?

Hi all

Can anyone one tell me what's the best way to fit a shorty lipo in the 22 2.0 please ?

Car is in mid motor format , I'm using a full size savox1256 the servo , vampire sr1+ speedo & spektrum micro receiver

I've also got an avid adjustable lipo stop I can use if it's possible

Pics would help too please ??

Thanks in advance

Graham

Hello Graham,
I have the shorty in mine mate. But i use the low profile servo which gives you a bit more room in front.I have my speedo and and rx near the motor, which leaves about 15 mm of movement for the lipo for and aft so you can alter the weight distribution.

Cheers Mick , yes the larger servo makes all the difference I think , I've been dremelling and tinkering and I think I've sorted it , combination of the rear battery holder , avid adjustable tray and some imagination !!
I'll take a couple of pics later when I'm back in my workshop !

Came up with this solution , will allow me to move the lipo back about 10mm or forward about 10mm if needed when the receiver goes in , quite pleased overall , just need a nice little custom made carbon battery strap I think !
