Default Spektrum DX3S question

Hi,

So I have a Spektrum DX3S and I can't There is a problem with the travelsettings

I want to lower this because if I brake, it's just like you handbrake the car.
And I run a B4.1 so it's pretty sensitive if I brake, it just flips around..

If I change this, to lower then 100% then the car just drives forward

Thanks

ive had that speedo too

look at the manual at the setting up process and reset the throttle, neutrul and brake setting and that should help.

before when i braked the brake was far to sharp and it would just spin out. Once you have reset it just lower the brake % and it makes it less sharp and increase it for more brake.

Have you got it set at these settings ?

Neutral Trim SUB Trim centre
Servo Reverse Throttle Reverse any setting, don‘t change after set-up procedure!

Reset the model on the handset for your B4.1 model. This will change the name, but will remove any odd settings like weird throttle curves or anything else like that.

Once you have done that, go through the speedo setup again. Once complete, if the car still emits this behaviour, you can do the following:

1) Turn down the braking effect/travel/strength on the speedo - those speedos have very strong brakes, and are known for their power. See if there is a 75% or 50% setting for the brakes.

2) Then fine tune the brake travel/EPA on the handset to fine tune during a race.

Hope this helps.
Mark
