Default Marshalling

Just need to do the regular reminder for marshalling

As a racer:
  • It is your duty to marshall the following race
  • If you can't marshall, you must get another driver to replace you, and to notify race control who that driver is
  • To watch your section of track you are designated to marshall
  • DO NOT chat to other drivers/guests/marshalls
  • Make sure it is safe to step onto the track to collect the car
  • Place the car back on track in the right direction, and if possible not on the racing line
  • Do not leave your post until the computer announces that the race has finished, not when you think it has!
  • Be polite to drivers
  • Do not pick up a car if it's wheels are still being revved by the driver on the podium
Remember that only members or paying guests can marshall, everyone else must sit back and enjoy the racing. Moan over...

If we can all make sure that we follow the simple rules above then everyone will enjoy their racing more

Default

Due to the problems we faced on Friday with the printer running out of ink and having to split the Mini's after the first round, I have decided to take no action on some of you who didn't marshall your correct heat this week.

You know who you were...

For the next round there will be no excuses... you've all been warned

To end on a positive though, I have to say the racing was great this week from you all, close but very fair, keep it up guys
