Default CAT K-1 shock set-ups

I'm about to order springs and pistons for my K-1 so what are people using.
Is it best to order the complete Schi spring sets ( F & R ) ? are people using the Core springs ? or are you using just a few spring rates ?

And what pistons for the standard shocks ?

Thanks
