Chadderton 2014-15 Series + Confirmed Entries

INFORMATION FOR THE SERIES

The meetings will be held at:
Radclyffe Athletics Centre, Hunt Lane, Chadderton, 0L9 0LS.

Dates are as follows:
Round 1 - 12 October 2014
Round 2 - 09 November 2014
Round 3 - 07 December 2014
Round 4 - 11 January 2015
Round 5 - 15 February 2015
Round 6 - 15 March 2015

All entries are on a first come, first served basis - with no exception. Once the meeting is full, reserves will be allocated (in order of application) to any cancelled places.

Paypal payments can be made to entries@batleybuggyclub.com but please make sure that you accept any charges to ensure that the club receives the full payment of fees. Entries will only be confirmed on receipt of payment.

All entries - £10 per class

Cancelled places - refunds will only be given if replaced by a reserve driver.

TRACK PREPARATION IS ON SATURDAY at 12.30 pm - VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED TO HELP - will give you chance to have a practice after the track is built!

Round 5 is on 15 February 2015 and doors will open at 7.30 am.
Practice will be 8 am to 9.15 am followed by drivers' briefing
We aim to have heats on the line at 9.30 am.
Round 5 will be 4wd class first.

The free draw, this year, will be at the end of the meeting, once the track has been cleared, and drivers will need to be present to claim any prizes.

Maximum 11 heats this year
The aim is to finish heats by 4.30 pm and be away by 5 pm

The Dboots deal is available at all rounds throughout the series, just a couple of points to make you guys aware of –

This deal is only available for the Chadderton Series at trackside – This is how it’s been done over the recent years and works well for everyone. Orders can be placed in advance however. Any questions I can be reached on mike@number5rc.co.uk

The tyres are listed on the Number 5 RC website at the FULL RRP so any orders placed online will be subject to FULL RRP – The tyre deal pricing will not be applied on the website as it’s solely applicable for the Chadderton Series

Afternoon guys

Just to bring everyone up to speed, having received our order from Revell this afternoon we have found that they have short delivered us. This is what we have -

Terrabyte A Rears - 57 pairs (16 accounted for at present)
Terrabyte A 4wd Fronts - 24 pairs (6 accounted for at present)
Terrabyte A 2wd Fronts - 52 pairs (7 accounted for at present)

Quite a shortfall as the order I placed was to cover all entries plus extras across all 3 tyres

All pre-orders that have been placed have been accounted for, and we do have plenty of stock left across all 3 tyres

The remaining stock is free to order, on a first come first served basis. I can be reached on mikeparker2008@live.co.uk or on 07538 875766 if you guys wnat to get kitted out so your ready to rock on Sunday morning

The situation is not ideal by any means yes I know, but it's what has been presented by the distributor unfortunately

You'll need your own table, there is power though i'd bring an extension and if your desperate i'm sure you could use a chair from reception but better to have your own. there's a butty van and drink vending machine.

Hi Keith

Both Dboots and schuey mini pins work at Chadderton mate. The Dboots I feel are more consistent as they wear through and don't drop off as much, it's what I've found over the past few years
