Default Cat diff

My cat sx2 is having constant problems withthe front diff. it is fine and solid when I go out working perfectly fine but with out fail it looses off after Every run. The diff seems fine but it loosens off so it turns from 4wd to 2wd. It's Performance reduces rapidly both the screws either side are tight but it constantly does it why? It's well annoying

Try this http://www.youtube.com/user/Schumach.../2/nBIOjxz4iVs

Follow the instructions here, especially the part about making sure the c clip is a tight fit.

Make sure the screw head in the diff is on the same side as the pinion.

I also do a little something that most will disagree with....I put blue thredlock on the grub screw. My diffs have never come loose since.
