I like changing the track every so often, makes it more interesting.
Ivan, what are you feeding Lucy? Easily the most improved driver at the club over the last year.

Ivan following the instructions on the email from the club last week with regards to track issues. I forwarded on a 4 page pdf yesterday to are drivers rep highlighting issues with the track. Its the Rep who is the one who needs to propose changes to the committee on are behalf.

I am currently working on some track layout proposals . If you have any ideas forward them on and we can submit them in one document.

I brought the origional track change ideas and photos out last month ( basically a simplified copy of the new ardent)and since then the comittee has changed and the way of implementing the track changes has as well.
I will run anyway but why not make it the best we can ,thats all I am saying!

I think we all want what's best for the club and all the racers involved, young and old.

I think the track still needs some work, I look upon it as evolving over time BUT if others have suggestions on some major re-design AND are willing to be involved in the physical change then I'm 100% behind such changes.

We have a great location, a great bunch of racers and the potential to create a great track (how many more times can I put great into a sentence!)

Lets all try to work together and make the track the best it can be

Just as Jack says: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hVY1V8fXBmY
(Nobody mention what happens after the handshake )

No point in coming on here moaning its no good and then doing nothing about it. Lets get those ideas sent in lads.
Bang on, no point moaning about the track and not doing anything about it. Or worse, moaning about it but not coming up with any suggestion to change it.
Would be great to have a few layouts that could be voted on. I vote for a big oval

Hi Dave,

(I'm not speaking for the DMCC or the committee, just my personal opinions)

Yep, a good few changes were made. We had your list, Colins and others suggestions and changed as many things as we could on Tuesday evening.

I think the overall comments from most of the racers on Sunday was positive, they liked the track and it has improved.

There are still some changes that could/will be made but for the moment I think everybody just wants to leave this layout as is for a while.

I'm sure others will pop on & give their feedback
