What about the car I sold you ? I don't think we ever broke that , does it look the same as the ones your lads are using

That had a plastic tower on it too - used it - snapped it.

The reason the tower breaks is that during a crash the tower flexes into the end of the motor plate. The first fix was to space the tower back by 2 mm. This gives the tower more room to flex. I did this and never broke a tower but after a month or so replaced them with a cream carbon 4mm rear tower. I also spaced this back by 2mm. Never broke that. Strong tower.
