WEATHER UPDATE - EASTER EGG

Earlier this-afternoon there was an especially heavy downpour of rain in Southport. The excess surface water has now mostly drained away but the forecast for tomorrow appears to have worsened and the pitting field is still quite wet.

We are going to go and check the track again later this evening and will also be monitoring the forecast for any improvement.

A decision on whether or not we need to abandon tomorrows meeting will be made around 9pm tonight and posted across SRCC , oople and Facebook sites by 10pm.

Fingers crossed for some sunshine. :'(
