Here is my basic build thread

http://www.rcottawa.com/forum/index.php?topic=10390.0

Ok so it took about 4 minutes to build but so i took some picks

LOSI LOSA2954
Price: $30 +/- $5

Builds like any gear diff but here is what i did:
-Download RTR manual page 37 for reference
-Used Associated Green slime on the o-rings
-Sanded the out drives where hole is drilled for the drive pin. To get rid of the sharp edge that could cut an o-ring seal
-Used Tamiya Anti wear grease on out drive shafts and behind the diff washers and used to capture the drive pin into the out drive. also used a bit on the gear shafts
-Filled with 5000cst and screwed shut the gear in a cross pattern to ensure a proper seal.

As you can see there is a 9-10 gram penalty running this diff.
