Default Lrp flow & x20 motor

Hi I have just purchased a flow esc and updated it to firmware 3.8 , I also have a lrp x20 6.5 motor and was wondering what settings the esc should be on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

2wd buggy or 4wd?

I used 4-1-2-4-0-0-1 on my 4wd with a 6.5t motor
