Default Gone veggie - now farting for England...

I decided to stick by my veggie diet for new years. 10 days in and I can't stop farting lol.

Sometimes you need a gas mask and sometimes no smell at all. I'm also milk free due to another health issue. It might have been the goats cheese I had on Saturday night just working through me though.

Any other veggie's had similar things?

Essentially you've turned yourself into a compost heap...

if you want to lose weight efficiently and naturally - just cut out the 'junk foods and generally eat less - don't sneak in those odd biscuits or other snacks between meals.

Question 1: is goat's cheese NOT made of milk?
Question 2: how do veggies live without crispy bacon?

Not really...women 'phart' too don't they?

You never eavesdropped on a bunch of 'ladies what lunch' and heard their banter? It's enough to make a marine blush!

The Fats and proteins in Goat and ewe's milk are much different to cows milk and are much closer/similar to our own where as the fats and protein in cows milk are much more difficult for our digestive tract to digest.

Hope tast helps a little.
