I have the chance to get an Cougar storm in very nice conditions, with some spares and the seller want me to put an offer, so my question is, what is it worth, or what is a fair price?
He sent me some pics, but i dont want to ad them here in the forum, so if you would like, i can send via mail...

Next question would be, can i convert it to a buggy and if, what is needed to do that?
