Default HOBBYWING V3 SOFTWARE

I have downloaded the V3 software to my programming box by mistake, I'm running the old V1 speedo if I plug the box into the speedo will it update the software on the speedo or can I choose not to change the settings as I have been told the speedo will not run the latest V3 sofware?

Yes go thru the PC and revert back to the V1 software or atleast the one that DOESN't have the V3 prefix.

If it doesn't work the first time you may have to pull the usb cable and redo it.
