What is the advantage if any of running Stagger ribs on a 4wd chassis?

Less grip and grip role.

More specifically less grabby front end on high grip. On astro or megagrip carpet regular minipins up front can grip so hard the car is extremely twitchy even with some rows trimmed off making it hard to turn in gently enough without the grip roll Dudders mentioned.

Downsides are slightly less acceleration and less braking than with minipins but on high grip less of an issue.
