Hmm I wonder if this mean Tamiya is getting into Offroad racing full blast? XRC Magazine Ad from this month.

Phil @ neobuggy sent me this - my instant impression was it might be an 8th scale nitro buggy, maybe even loosely based on their nitrage truggy. I can't imagine it's a 10th buggy, they already have the 501X and didn't pre-hype it like this. Nitro is big in the USA and its apparently 'designed' (or conceived) in the USA so that points even more to a nitro buggy. Have to wait and see I guess
