Default Which 36T One Way Pulley??? for 501x

Hey Guys...

I was wondering which 36T TA05 pulley to use since there are 2 different types??

53936 - OPT936 Wide pitch pulley or.......

53867 - OPT867 Normal pulley

Any help would be great!! Thanks

I used the 53867, but only beecause its in jimmy reviews posted on here.

Thanks.... I read the review that Jimmy wrote.. but I still wonder if there is any advantage to using the other pulley.... it seams to have every other tooth missing from the pulley.. so from the looks of it I wonder if it would put less strees on the front belt??...

They were originally for touring cars (TA-05 and TRF415 series). The wide pitch one was considered an "upgrade" by having less contact with the belt and therefore less friction. The standard one should be able to handle more power though.

Looks like Tamiya has released the 37T front one-way pulley for those who run them.
