Default The Future - The Schumacher Procat

Well I really enjoyed giving the car a run again for the first time in 20 years - Its hard to believe the car itself is nearly 25 years old.

It took a couple of races for the 20year old foams to bed in but, when they did the car gripped really well - The non sensored electrics made it slightly harder to drive but will put some better stuff in for this week. The only thing Im worried about is the long drive belt was skipping under braking (even with the MMS front pulley), ive ordered a new belt but might have to go back to driving without brakes. I would go as far to say it handles better than my SX3 and also seemed better than most other cars out there last Friday.

Cant wait for this Friday see if it can qualify one position higher!!!!

Anyone else fancy a Vintage run???

I've got my eye on a vintage car so in theory yes, Callum already has one just needs electrics and a receiver.

Must admit to being very impressed with the old dog. I know I am not the quickest car/driver at ribble but don't do bad and you weren't that much slower yesterday.

I'm amazed it the drive train can take the punishment of lipo/brushless power and a high grip circuit with foams.

Old dog - how dare you!!!

IT'S A CAT!!!!!!!!

It went well and must say there was only you quicker - got nobbled in the final, ribble does suffer from poor etiquette
Maybe next week, with a couple more improvements I might make TQ

I'm afraid I'm away with work and won't get back from Stockholm until about 7.30, so won't be there this week.

Good luck. Maybe pole this week!

haha x6 claims victory with 21 and a half, not bad from moggy though. I think I may have gone quicker but no way to check as website is down.

After a two week break the Procat returns to action this Friday, with another few minor improvements - cant wait to give it a go - think I might sell the SX3, Im enjoying the Procat too much.
