Default Motor?tyres for the Iceman series

With the series on this sunday I wondered what is a good tyre choice to go with for my 2wd buggy please? At present I have schuey spikes (yellow) front and rear, but also have some new yellow spikes (rear) and cut staggers (front) in the spares box?

Also, if I left my 17.5t motor in my buggy as it is now am I likely to be left waaay behind, or would it be best to use another motor?

cheers

Yellows on the rear will be fine in the dry. Ballistic greens or Dboots multi-bytes in B compound work well in the wet.

As for the front cut staggers are the weapon of choice.

17.5 does seem a bit low but might be great in the wet. 13.5 with boost or a 10.5 might be better choice.

I found a 13.5 was worse in the wet or damp than the usual 7.5 as it has far to much touq for off road,
