MASSIVE THANKS TO EVERYONE FROM SRCMMC!!!!!

THE TEAM: Captain Pupton (race control), John (frog) Spencer, Lloyd Storey and Ralphy Baby.

Commentators: Teddy and Mr Church

Especially Trish, the track tapping guru, commentator and lots, lots more.

Alec: Big supporter (sachet moaning) of Moto Arena Tuesday evenings and all over events.

MOTO AREA: For the best venue in the country!!!

DMS and X Factory UK: For supplying the carpet needed for the series.

Thank you everyone that came and enjoyed a great day out, without whom it would be a MASSIVE waste of sooooooooooo many hours, cheers guys.

Please get booked in early (NOW) for the 3rd round, Feburary 12th as I've a feeling it's going to be busy! Hope to see you there for another good days racing or just to watch the world class displays by Martin and Boots (among others) as we did today.

Thanks again,

Matt Owen

P.S. Comments on the track welcome please for future improvements!

Great event guys. Run really well, and track was fun to drive on.
Chilli was also a nice touch

I can see these getting ever more popular.

Thanks

Lee

Really enjoyed it yesterday guys, thanks a lot for all your hard work. It was my first visit to the arena and I was really impressed.

The track was excellent, one of the biggest indoor tracks I have ever raced on- you don't get many where laptimes are over 20 seconds long. I thought the layout was challenging, but really rewarding when you nailed a good lap.

Only comment I have is, I thought the chicane on the entry to the straight could be reconsidered- I think certainly in practice it caused a lot of issues as it wasn't easy to judge so far away and led to vehicles hitting it and lying in the middle of the straight. With the dark tarmac and grey carpet, it was difficult to see upside down cars on the main straight which led to some breakages. Possibly just make it a slower chicane where by you have to use a lot of steering or use that element nearer the rostrum.

Apart from that, everything was really great and thank-you for a good day out.

Tom Yardy
