Default Sanwa PC link

Having real trouble getting the sanwa pc link 3 software to connect with my exzes zz. Does anyone know how to get them to connect. Plug the zz in it recognises it and downloads drivers but when i open pc link 3 there is no connection option in the very top box. As all instructions are for windows 7 does anyone know how to get it to work with windows 10

the browser is nothing to do with it. Its the way win 10 reads usb inputs compared to win 7 and needing a work around. Sanwa need to do an update realistically

NET Framework 3.5 included with Windows10 must be turned on before you
install PC Link7 on Windows10.
To turn .NET Framework 3.5 on : Click Control Panel, click Programs,
click Turn Windows features on or off, and then select its check box.
