Thanks very much. AFAIK the motor plate is an aftermarket part.

MmThe most important bits I'm after are kingpins and front hub carriers, any idea where I can get those? Kingpins and bearings were lost ages ago, but bearings are easy to get.

Bearings i will see what size they are, i think by front hubs you mean knuckle arms where the driveshafts fit into, type in ot16 on ebay and they are there. Kin pins ive forgotten the part number but on google type in retromodelisme and look on the manual sectioon and same again search on ebay for that part number

I am not sure if the ZX-S Evolution had the same clutch as the RR, but the manual claims that it is LAW-12.

Thanks , I know it's Law-12 , I need part number for slipper padnas UM123 is too narrow between the plates. I got LA-9 for the thrust bearing.

Hmm, that's the part numbers Do you intend to rebuild the car as a runner or as a restoration project? If it is for running only, you could cut your own slipper pads from FR4 material.
I just found the RR supplement sheet online, and the slipper looks identical to the S version.

Thanks,

It appears I have bulk of the required parts, however on the spur gear side slipper plate there is a shoulder that puts a gap between the gearbox side. The um123 doesnt fill the gap. Does anyone have pics of their spur side plate.

Sorry guys ,

I discovered last night the original owner super glued a small washer on to the inside of the outer slipper plate.. after careful examination I managed to remove it and the plate is now flat , this enabling UM123 slipper to sandwich nicely. The old washer was used as a locking plate as the previous person was too lazy to purchase a new pad.

I now have a functional hyperclutch. Parts required LA9 thrust assembly and UM123. I will post pics later

The um 123 can be hard to get and ridicuslly expensive but its out there so much easier to get the pad for the rc10 not the rere worlds car since it has the b4 slipper .

Got mine off the bay and wasn't too bad - $3.50 USD. Shipping was killer. Is the B2 pad similar i.d and o.d for sizing. What sort of power will the hyperclutch handle. I'm only looking at a 13.5t sensored setup.
