if you've got the LRP shark factory team, then stick with those, check out www.uk-microrc.co.uk for loads of set up advice.

most people tend to use the stock springs, with a massive range

I use the Losi mini-t aluminium shocks, which are great as well.

As Mat has said, use the ST LRP shocks. Built right they are the shnizzle

As a starting setup try 4 hole pistons all round, 60wt front oil, 50 wt rear oil, black springs all round.

Sorry guys just a couple more stupid questions!!

Are the LRP shocks the same as the option shocks from FTX (CML)? and if I am running a ST spec car do I need rear shocks for the front and back?

Really sorry if this is a silly question ;-)

Isnt a silly question

The FTX option shocks are the thinner bore shocks designed for the buggy (Shark/Blaze).

On the wider ST you will need the bigger bore LRP Shark ST shocks, however the FTX option shocks would work.

And yes, you would need to run rears on the front
