Default Damping, oil, pack, springs, etc...

I can't get my head around the whole dampers setup thing.

What sort of springs, pistons, oil should I be using for a reasonably bumpy track such as PDA?

they are a slightly different size (Tamiya being Metric and AE being imperial), but I can't rememer which are the larger diameter, I think it was the Tamiya ones...

That's true but my B44 and my trf501x pistons are identical in size!
Seen setup sheets where people have been using AE pistons on the 501x car and i think even Hupo have been using some!
