Should the March date be the 15th?

I think Woody mentioned doors opening at 10am, to start track building or something.

Guys, come on! you are aloud to just send the forms in the pay on the day. We just need to get an idea of who is coming and book people on the computer to save time on the Sunday morning so our money can be spent on racing rather than building and booking in. So all those people that said they would come get your names down.

Also guys, this form has to be printed off then either sent in the post or scanned back in and emailed.
Thanks again guys.

We have to cover our costs mate.. the venue doesnt come cheap!! If you want a good venue unfortunatley the cost will be high..

Plus the entry fee includes entry into the prize draw... with some fab prizes i believe!

£10 if you pre-book... £12 on the day... we may review prices, its dependent really on how many people we get booked in... no club can afford to run at a loss... Other events charge this price with no complaints i believe?

I will be there.
Expect an entry in the post next week.

Stu - you need to make a big thing of not needing the fee up front, that just an entry form is enough.

I know some have been put off by thinking they need to pay now for meetings they want to attend.

It's not cheap, but it is probably about right. What do you expect for a full day - it's not 1995 any more. Petrol's not £2/gallon and a pint in Yates' isn't £1.30 (those were the days....).

I'm not gonna post it but Stu told be how much the hourly rate for the hall is - it's not cheap - good venues are not.

After York club nights I've spent £10 at the bar in suds - no problem.

I'll save twice that on fuel to/from Worksop.
