Details for DMS MCC Annual Presentation and Xmas Fun Night (Dec 20th)
Here are the detials for the Presentation Night as requested by some via PM and email etc....
Doors will open from 7:30pm, we will either be in the upstairs pitting room or possibly in one of the adjacent rooms across from reception (will be confirmed when we arrive)
Evening will begin with the "Best Festively Dressed" car competition, prizes for the best adult and kids entries.
We will then have the "entertainment" in the form of a few "rc car" related games, a quiz and maybe a few surpises LOL. We will also be ordering food (probably Pizza) at that time also for anyone who wishes to eat.
Then the evening will finish off with the Summer and Winter Series trophy presentations along with the award for the Most Improved Driver and Clubman of the Year also.
Hope to see as many of the club members there as possible, for what is always a good fun night to see of this years 2012 racing season....
