Default 1/10th wheel tidys..

Sick and tired of rooting through your boxes to find a full set of tyres?
Tyres cluttering up your work space?...

Look no further..

.. Bj's all new wheel tidys

(Just kidding i dont want to get into advertising) ..

Been making some wheel tidys. The new ones will be made out of stainless steel instead of the rusty stuff seen in the pictures

The price... £1.50 each

Good or bad idea? Would anyone be interested in them?

Ben

HPI used to do some really nice plastic ones with a spring at one end for holding all 4 wheels together. Haven't been able to find them for ages so it looks like you have a gap in the market Ben!

Forgot to add, the new thumbscrews are larger in diameter so that they are easier grip

why don't you just use some big zip ties bag of 50 for £1 from market...

thread upto 4 wheels/tyres onto zip ties, then just re-thread the end back into the last wheel simples

I used to do something like that.

Just run the wheels onto a big zip-tie, clipping the end just after the last wheel. Then, run an old 8-32 nut onto the end of the zip tie for a couple of turns. Done!

I suppose a wingnut would be even easier to use.
