Default Sad News

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the WRCA EOS race meet will be the last race ever to be held at Talywain.

I have had discusions over the past few days with the land owner and the club committee, and we have decided to close the track.

I dont not know what will happen in the future, maybe the track will re-open, but I would like to thank all our members present and past for all the help over the years.

Gents this decision was taken lightly.

It does gut us all up here. we have only just scraped through this year. with thanks to the wrca events. Maybe in a year or two racing will take off again and members are easyier to find. but until then the gates on talywain rc racers will close.

Tis bad news, I'm sure the amazing Summer we never had has had a hand in stopping people coming out to play. Especially with the nature of the field.

IMHO the track is the best it's ever been and it is a real shame to loose it.

Echo the comments, the track is much improved and its a real shame to be losing a good permanent track in Wales. Breakfast was epic too
