according to the bury metro website's calendar it's a 10'o clock start, but that doens't mention if it's booking in at 10 or racing at 10, i would suggest it's booking-in at 10:00.

seek and you will find.....

Why so many DNS on the results?

Was it a wash out or something? There was thunder, lightning and buckets of rain round my way!

Quite alot of electrical failures were occuring, look closer at the results and you'l see even move didn't finish the race.

The track was great, I enjoyed that, but I didn't enjoy being told the finals were cancelled, then 15 minutes later being told they were back on. To top that off my car packed in due to water after a few warm up laps before the final (even while being waterproofed), so my 3rd qualifier position was wasted.

Sorry to hear that Paul.

Bury seem to cancel the final quite often in my experience - maybe it's just the time of year (April / May) when the initial rounds of the regionals held and so heavy rain is often very likely.

I did set off to race on Sunday, but on the journey there I found the Haslingdon bypass and the motorway shut (fatal crash apparantly - ). I got very, very lost trying to get round, so decided to go back home as I was late and the rain was coming down in stair-rods (and bannister-rails).
