Since I cant get in touch with TD I will post my problem on here. Hopefully they will see it and contact me.

I finished putting my kit together saturday and have a few issues. I only recieved 1 droop screw and both my front cva's are bent. I sent this video to TD so they can see what I see....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sTmCl3uJu7k.

For a kit this expensive there should not be missing parts and bent cva's. Has anyone else experienced this?

Nothing misiing in mine and nothing bent either. I've had great responses to my queries, both on here from Adam and also from the sales e-mail.

Thats not good

You say they haven't replied to your emails so have you tried talking to the shop you bought it from to see if they can help?

Mine look fairly similar having just looked - they aren't bent though. Are you sure you have the diff gear nicely seated on the outdrives?

Nick - he never said they won't reply to his emails

Yeah, I took the boots off and tried it. Still bent. I took the diff apart and checked everything, reassembled it and still bent

I bought it directly from TD. I said they havent responded yet. Iam sure they will, I just wanted to see if anyone else had this issue and hope they see this thread.

I thought that might be the way they sit but taking it apart didnt help. The rear ones are fine and dont wobble at all

yup
only way to tell if there bent is take em out the car, strip em and rund the shaft on somthing flat with the ends over hanging, hard to explain but the shaft needs to run on somthing flat, and see if the ends move out of true

Adam and the guys will help you so dont panic mate

take them out of the car, and find a stright edge long enough to fit on the shafts move it round the shaft that will show if it really bent or not

I'm having the same problem - no reply since Monday. Maybe they are stuck in South Africa with a huge hangover from winning the Worlds. I see they sold out of cars, so maybe they hit their sales target for the month early and gone home

Hmm, I was going to say are the wishbones level, but looking at the clip, they are. Could just be play, Should be ok to run.

I'd give them until next week at least, as Adam is on his hols at the moment, and I would think he's better placed to answer that sort of question.
