Default would this work?

When i build my 2wd car now, I plan to use a BJ4 WE rear end a B4 front end.

I want to use B4 parts on the front, I looked at the GT2 front end, but its got differnt steering, and a differnt servo saver. So I looked again at my B4 chassis, and it would be pretty easy to cut the Front kick-up off my b4, and screw it on, I'd try to use as much B4 bracing as possible, but would the front end be weak? Should Imake a top-deck for it?

Thanks for help

i imagine there would be a lot of flex and probably rip off if a bit impact was to happen

a top deck would help but remember the manufactures spend a fortune on getting the chassis to flex a certain amount in certain places

why would this be 'bad'? and you could always put the B4 steering system in it

yeah but that would not be so clean and strong like Lee said, well you're the designer, it's your choice

a top deck is a big plus

just to be sure, also order the GT2 steering , otherwise you might kill me because I assumed the B4 steering fits.

i dont think the strength of the b4 front end will be an issue as its already proven, it will be the fixing point where the weakness is.

yeah, I tell you what, I'll do both Does the GT2 take a B4 wishbone mount, shocktower e.t.c? Or should I order a GT2 front end?

I'm not totally sure but it looks like the bulkhead and shock tower mounting points are the same as the B4/T4, it looks like only the steering is different. I would suspect a B4 shock tower + suspention will bolt straight on.
