Default Different Titanium Nitride shock shafts?

Hello,

I'm looking for some spare and upgrade parts for my 410v3, and i saw some different shock shafts on the TD website.
Can anyone tell me the differences between the black and gold titanium nitride shock shafts, except the price and the color?
Also i saw dual taper pistons for the BB's, are they better then the standard once, and why?

Thx in advance and

The coating is to last longer - I'm not sure on the differences between the gold and black finish other than the black is of course cooler.
Some people don't believe in shock boots and think they hamper performance - but they are one of the best features on the TD cars. If you want to keep your shocks running super-smooth meeting after meeting, stick some shock boots on.
