Default Kyosho ZX6 chassis

hi guys quick question regards to the HD Chassis conversion set. is this a must for high grip conditions, how does it effect the handling of the car. used the standard chassis on astroturf and it felt really good.

I never tried the HD chassis but the stock chassis is very flexible, in dry conditions I and several others at my local club got around this by fitting turnbuckles between the f/r chassis braces and the slipper/motor mount as shown.

This seemed to transform the car, it really came alive and was a lot more aggressive in high grip conditions plus it has the advantage that if it rains you can just pop them off to regain the chassis flex

The HD chassis although a bit stiffer, still has quite a bit of flex..
