What B4 Brushless setup

Anybody any ideas for upgrading my sons B4? , he is currently running a 19T brushed system but I would like a nice brushless motor and esc, so we can both run Lipo's and get rid of those damn awfull Nicd's and Nimh's...

Advice would be most welcome and a place to buy too
