Default storage charge

Using a Core RC UAC50 charger on some 2s lipos what amps should I charge when wanting to use the storage setting?

As much as it'll let you. Usually its quite low like 1amp, which is pretty slow assuming you're talking about a high capacity 4,000mAh+ battery.

I know it took about 3 hours per battery to discharge to storage charge once after I decided not to go racing. Would had been quicker to blast the car around the car park for 10 mins!!

A lot of chargers now will discharge at upto 5 or 6 amps maybe more..however most seem to storage charge at around one amp...personally I use 1.5 amps to speed it up a bit but also to play safe..

My team orion advantage will allow a max of 1amp, usually drops it to 0.7 after a little while too.

It never finises charging it seems to take for ever not sure if its correct or not 7im new to lipos and dont want to ruin them.
