U6600Q & U6599P but what tyeps?

Found another 'NEW' pair of 4wd ones whilst routing through my tyre box whilst sorting out things to sell.

These are yellow

What surface were these for?

The side wall looks a bit like the old Losi X pattern tyres ... so maybe for dirt ?
